Location Type: This is a hybrid role requiring the ability to be onsite at our headquarters in Holland, MI. Role Overview As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will manage full lifecycle recruiting for a variety of roles across the organization, ensuring a seamless candidate experience and strong partnerships with hiring managers. This role also includes ownership of our internship program , from hiring and onboarding to career fair coordination and curriculum development.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, or a related field (highly preferred).
  • 3–5 years of experience in full lifecycle recruiting , preferably in a manufacturing or engineering environment.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and deliver results in a fast-paced setting.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience designing and managing internship programs is highly desirable.
  • Workday experience a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end recruiting for assigned positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
  • Partner with hiring managers and HR business partners to understand workforce needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
  • Manage the internship/coop program , including: Recruiting and onboarding interns. Coordinating career fair participation and travel logistics. Designing and delivering internship curriculum and engagement activities.
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through networking, social media, and industry events.
  • Ensure compliance with all employment laws and company policies throughout the hiring process.
  • Track and report recruiting metrics to drive continuous improvement.
