You are an experienced Recruiter with full-cycle experience, from talent sourcing and attracting diverse candidates to interviewing and hiring employees who are a great fit for a successful, high-growth Series C Fintech company. The ideal candidate has the ability to perform Engineering and Go To Market recruiting processes. You have demonstrated success collaborating with department leaders, especially engineering and product, to understand their teams and hiring needs. You are able to source and attract diverse candidates through a variety of innovative and creative means. Our ideal Recruiter holds an academic HR background combined with work experience in screening, interviewing, and assessing candidates. Ultimately, the responsibilities of the Recruiter are to ensure our company attracts, hires, and retains the best employees while growing a strong talent pipeline.

Requirements

  • Proven work experience as a Recruiter hiring multi-levels of all areas (Go to market and Engineering/IT roles).
  • Proven experience working closely with Senior Managers and Executives.
  • Proven experience recruiting for LATAM markets for fast paced environments/startups is a plus.
  • Hands-on experience with a variety of results-oriented sourcing methods.
  • Solid ability to screen applicants and conduct different types of interviews.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems/ATS (Lever a plus) and HR databases (BambooHR a plus) as well as the ability to produce and report on recruiting activity.
  • English proficiency, Portuguese is a huge plus.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing, screening, interviewing and managing candidates throughout the process.
  • Support Engineering and Product teams with recruiting needs mainly.
  • Proactive sourcing of candidates to fill future positions. Create projects to ensure a solid pipeline of candidates.
  • Screen and rank resumes and candidate applications based on job responsibilities.
  • Conduct pre-screening calls to analyze candidates' capabilities and culture fit. Interview candidates to assess their knowledge, skills, experience and aptitude.
  • Act as point of contact with candidates, facilitating the interview process, scheduling interviews with hiring managers and interview teams, and building influential relationships with candidates during the selection process.
  • Brand employer, being the spokesperson for PayJoy's culture to external candidates.
  • Understand PayJoy's mission, products, services and culture in order to promote the company's reputation as a great place to work.
