About The Position

We’re looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to support high-volume, high-impact hiring for Physical Therapists across our organization. This is a hands-on recruiting role for someone who knows PT recruiting inside and out and can step in quickly, build trust with leaders, and deliver results. This is a 90-day temporary, W-2 position with the potential to extend based on business need. This is a 90-day contract role with the potential to extend based on business need.

Requirements

  • At least three years of experience in full-cycle Talent Acquisition
  • At least one year of experience recruiting Physical Therapists
  • Proven success in full-cycle recruiting for hard-to-fill, licensed clinical roles
  • Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills—you don’t wait for applicants
  • Ability to manage multiple openings across different locations and markets
  • Comfort working in a metrics-driven, partnership-oriented TA function
  • ATS proficiency and strong attention to detail

Responsibilities

  • Full-cycle recruiting for Physical Therapist roles across assigned markets
  • Partner closely with operational and clinic leaders throughout the hiring process
  • Proactively source and engage PT candidates using a mix of outbound sourcing, pipeline development, referrals, and market knowledge
  • Manage candidate experience from first contact through offer acceptance
  • Navigate state licensure considerations, market dynamics, and competitive compensation conversations
  • Maintain accurate activity, pipeline and status updates in the ATS
