In this role, you will partner with operational and clinic leaders as a strategic Talent Advisor, supporting high-volume, high-impact hiring for Physical Therapists and Occupational Therapists across assigned markets. You will use a structured, performance-based hiring approach and data-informed recruiting practices to align talent strategy to business goals and deliver consistent hiring outcomes. You'll be supported by a modern, advanced TA tech stack designed to enable proactive sourcing, targeted candidate engagement, strategic pipelining, data driven decisions, and more.
