About The Position

The Talent Acquisition Partner I (Contract) role is responsible for providing recruitment support to Sr Talent Acquisition Partners and hiring managers for a dedicated portfolio of both internal and external positions, in support of business needs for all Airbus U.S. locations from initial recruiting to the employee onboarding process.

Requirements

  • High School diploma required.
  • Strong desire to connect with people and provide a positive experience throughout recruitment process.
  • Ability to learn and accurately articulate details about Airbus U.S. as a business, job specifications, and EEO policy.
  • Ability to follow procedure and maintain process documentation.
  • US citizenship is required

Nice To Haves

  • HR internship or 6-12 months of other HR experience is preferred.
  • PHR preferred

Responsibilities

  • Interview Coordination: Schedule, reschedule, and confirm interviews between candidates and hiring managers, often managing multiple calendars.
  • Job Posting & Sourcing: Prepare and post job advertisements on job boards, company websites, and social media platforms.
  • Candidate Screening: Assist in reviewing resumes and conducting initial phone screens.
  • Administrative Support: Maintain candidate databases in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), process background checks, and send offer letters.
  • Onboarding Assistance: Prepare necessary documentation and coordinate orientation schedules for new hires.
  • Communication: Serve as the main point of contact, ensuring all candidates receive timely updates and follow-ups.
  • Other duties as assigned.
