About The Position

The Talent Acquisition (TA) Partner I supports high-volume hiring needs by executing recruiting activities across assigned operational roles. This role focuses on candidate sourcing, screening, and process coordination to ensure an efficient and positive hiring experience. Working closely with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition team members, the TA Partner I helps maintain strong candidate pipelines and supports day-to-day recruiting operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field, or equivalent work experience
  • 1-2 years of recruiting, talent acquisition, or related experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs and other general office equipment.
  • Organized thinker with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to deliver exceptional customer service and collaborative mindset.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrates a growth mindset and a commitment to continuous learning

Nice To Haves

  • Experience using recruiting tools such as Applicant Tracking Systems or LinkedIn preferred
  • Experience working in a high-volume or fast-paced environment preferred

Responsibilities

  • Execute recruiting activities for high-volume operational roles, including sourcing, screening, and candidate flow management
  • Support hiring managers and Talent Acquisition team members in meeting hiring needs across assigned roles
  • Review applications and conduct initial candidate screenings to assess qualifications and alignment
  • Source candidates through job boards, referrals, and recruiting platforms to build and maintain active pipelines
  • Coordinate interview scheduling and maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the process
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely follow-up and professional interactions
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and pipeline activity within the Applicant Tracking System
  • Provide updates on pipeline activity and hiring progress to internal stakeholders
  • Meet established recruiting activity and throughput expectations for high-volume roles
  • Stay informed on recruiting tools, sourcing techniques, and talent market trends
