About The Position

As a Talent Acquisition / P&C intern, this temporary position will support the People & Culture team in various Talent Acquisition and Human Resources functions while working collaboratively in a supportive, innovative environment. You will assist with sourcing, candidate scheduling, general interview processes, and HR related projects. This role is ideal for someone interested in Recruiting and Human Resources. This is a part-time internship – up to 20 hours per week for the summer of 2026.

Requirements

  • A High School Diploma and pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Communications, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A strong interest in Talent Acquisition and Human Resources.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build professional relationships and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
  • Proactive and collaborative with a strong willingness to learn and contribute.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google tools
  • A strong commitment to company mission and values.
  • The ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Ability to respectfully share and accept feedback willingly from all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with recruitment, including posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
  • Support candidate tracking and recruiting documentation.
  • Help maintain a positive candidate experience through timely communication and coordination.
  • Assist with internal HR initiatives, programs, onboarding, and training coordination.
  • Participate in and support diversity committee initiatives and various culture-focused projects and programs that promote DEIB, employee well-being, and engagement.
  • Assist with various HR projects, initiatives, onboarding activities, and training programs as needed.
  • Provide general administrative support to the People & Culture team.
