About The Position

Nift is a growing, cash-flow-positive company that plans to make hundreds of hires. This role is responsible for building the recruiting machine, including systems, processes, and operational rigor to ensure scalable and repeatable hiring. The Talent Acquisition Operations Coordinator will partner directly with the Talent Acquisition Lead to turn hiring visions into reality through processes, data discipline, and Greenhouse management. This is an operational role focused on flawless day-to-day execution, process improvement, and building a robust recruiting infrastructure for future growth.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years in talent acquisition operations or coordination.
  • Strong project management instincts.
  • Deep, hands-on Greenhouse experience (owning an ATS).
  • A builder's mindset: ability to improve and implement processes.
  • Real data fluency: ability to pull, structure, and interpret recruiting metrics.
  • Proficiency with spreadsheets.
  • Outstanding organization and attention to detail.
  • Relentless follow-up skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Judgment to partner effectively with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement processes, workflows, and standards to scale recruiting.
  • Identify and address process breakdowns, slowdowns, or areas for improvement.
  • Establish operational rigor and documentation for repeatable hiring.
  • Own Greenhouse as the system of record, including configuration, structure, hygiene, and discipline.
  • Maintain clean, current, and trustworthy data for reporting and decision-making.
  • Generate weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports on KPIs and OKRs, identifying key trends.
  • Drive coordination across the recruiting pipeline to keep searches moving and on standard.
  • Coordinate interviews among hiring managers, panels, and candidates.
  • Prioritize searches against benchmarks and metrics to meet business goals.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Assist with company research, sourcing, and initial candidate outreach when needed.
