About The Position

The Talent Acquisition Manager will lead and develop employee and contract recruiters, setting priorities and allocating resources based on business needs. This role involves partnering with HR and business leaders to translate workforce plans into effective recruiting strategies, sourcing plans, and hiring priorities. The manager will personally handle executive and business-critical searches, from market mapping and candidate outreach to assessment and offer negotiation. Additionally, they will advise hiring managers on role requirements, candidate profiles, market conditions, compensation, and selection decisions. The position oversees the full recruitment cycle, tracks key recruiting metrics, and works to improve recruiting processes, tools, and service standards. Management of third-party vendors, leadership of the internship program, and ensuring equitable and compliant recruiting practices are also key responsibilities. Protecting confidential information is paramount.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Leadership, or a related field required

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop employee and contract recruiters, setting priorities and allocating resources based on business needs.
  • Partner with HR and business leaders to turn workforce plans into recruiting strategies, sourcing plans, and hiring priorities.
  • Personally lead executive and business-critical searches, from market mapping and passive candidate outreach through assessment and offer negotiation.
  • Advise hiring managers on role requirements, candidate profiles, market conditions, compensation considerations, and selection decisions.
  • Oversee full-cycle recruiting, including intake, sourcing, screening, interviews, candidate communication, offers, and hiring handoffs.
  • Track open roles, pipeline health, requisition aging, recruiting risks, and team capacity; recommend actions based on the data.
  • Improve recruiting processes, tools, metrics, and service standards to strengthen quality, efficiency, compliance, and stakeholder experience.
  • Manage third-party search firms, staffing agencies, and recruiting vendors, including performance, contracts, spend, and service expectations.
  • Lead the internship program and support campus recruiting, early-career hiring, and internal mobility.
  • Ensure recruiting practices are job-related, equitable, confidential, and compliant with company policies and applicable requirements.
  • Protect confidential candidate, employee, compensation, and business information.
