The Talent Acquisition Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies aligned with firm growth and workforce planning needs to attract top talent to GBQ. The Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for managing the firms full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding new hires, while ensuring a positive experience for all candidates and hiring teams. This role owns recruiting strategy, decisions, and outcomes for the firm. The Talent Acquisition Manager focuses on four major initiatives established by the Firm: Profitability, Practice Growth; Client Focus; and Brand Culture/Development.
