About The Position

The Talent Acquisition Manager will be responsible for developing and executing innovative talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans aligned with business growth objectives. This role involves managing full-cycle recruitment for various corporate positions, building talent pipelines, and serving as a brand ambassador throughout the candidate journey. The position also requires partnering with hiring managers, leveraging various sourcing tools, and analyzing recruiting metrics to drive process improvement and ensure compliance with employment laws.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of corporate talent acquisition experience, with demonstrated success managing full-cycle recruitment across multiple roles and departments simultaneously
  • Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
  • Strong sourcing skills across job boards, social media, professional associations, and passive candidate outreach
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using recruiting metrics and analytics to inform strategy
  • Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills
  • Proven ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Knowledge of employment law and hiring compliance best practices

  • Experience recruiting within healthcare media, point-of-care, digital health, pharmaceutical marketing, or adjacent industries

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the EVP, Chief Human Resources Officer, and senior leadership to assess current and future hiring needs across all departments
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for corporate roles at the VP level and below, including Sales Directors, multi-state Outside Sales Representatives, and exempt and non-exempt positions
  • Develop and execute innovative talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans aligned to business growth objectives
  • Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for immediate and long-range hiring needs
  • Serve as a brand ambassador and primary point of contact throughout the full candidate journey — from first outreach through offer acceptance
  • Lead employer branding initiatives to position HMN as an employer of choice in healthcare media and point-of-care
  • Organize and represent HMN at career fairs, industry networking events, and recruiting activities
  • Conduct structured intake meetings with hiring managers to align on role requirements, success profiles, and timelines
  • Provide coaching and guidance to hiring managers on interviewing best practices, candidate assessment, and compliant hiring processes
  • Facilitate post-interview debrief sessions and case study follow-up to drive timely, informed hiring decisions
  • Leverage LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, ATS platforms, professional networks, social media, and creative sourcing strategies to attract top-tier candidates
  • Track and analyze recruiting metrics and KPIs to identify trends, surface opportunities, and drive continuous process improvement
  • Ensure all recruiting practices align with company policies and applicable employment laws
