About The Position

The Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for leading the organization’s recruitment strategy and execution to attract, hire, and retain high-quality talent. This role partners with leadership to align hiring initiatives with business objectives and ensures positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
5+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience (leadership experience preferred)
Proven success managing full-cycle recruitment processes
Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, employment laws, and HR best practices
Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR systems

Nice To Haves

Experience leading recruitment teams
Industry-specific hiring experience
HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR)

Responsibilities

Develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with company goals and workforce plans
Partner with leadership to identify current and future hiring needs
Drive continuous improvement in talent acquisition processes and tools
Lead full-cycle recruiting including sourcing, interviewing, selection, and onboarding
Build strong pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill roles
Manage relationships with external agencies, job boards, and sourcing platforms
Ensure a consistent and effective candidate evaluation process
Enhance employer brand to attract top talent
Promote positive and professional candidate experience
Develop recruitment marketing initiatives and outreach programs
Monitor key recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, quality of hire, cost-per-hire)
Provide insights and recommendations based on hiring data
Ensure compliance with hiring regulations and company policies
Manage and mentor recruiters or sourcing specialists
Provide training and best practices for hiring managers
Foster collaboration across departments
