About The Position

The Talent Acquisition Manager will oversee full cycle recruiting and drive attraction, assessment, selection, and candidate experience for our corporate staffing needs. This position will champion Domino's brand, mission, and values and help lead the evolution of the Domino’s recruiting function. Acting as a bridge between corporate and field recruiting teams, this leader ensures that tools, standards, and processes are delivered with clarity, consistency, and measurable impact. This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to drive continuous improvement in the recruitment process. This Manager will play a critical role in shaping how the team partners with the business to attract, engage, and hire top talent.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Talent Acquisition experience
  • At least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role
  • Ability to lead, coach, and influence across a spectrum of stakeholders
  • Consultative client-service mindset
  • Operates at both strategic and tactical levels
  • Problem-solving and continuous improvement focus

Responsibilities

  • Lead Full Cycle Recruiting Efforts
  • Implement and guide thoughtful and practical sourcing strategies to build diverse talent pipelines for critical roles
  • Manage the full cycle recruiting process for all open roles
  • Create and implement best-in-class executive-level search services, ensure delivery deadlines are met, cost/benefit is considered, issues are addressed and resolved, and key stakeholders are involved and informed
  • Serve as a consultant to corporate hiring teams to enable hiring manager excellence, develop and deliver training programs, and act as a trusted advisor on best practices in selection and assessment
  • Manage Applicant Tracking System (SmartRecruiters) and ensure team is using system to it’s full capability
  • Drive process optimization by refining recruitment workflows and implementing tools and technology that support strategic sourcing efforts
  • Network with the appropriate talent communities (LinkedIn, job boards, schools, alum associations, local or national associations, etc.) to attract qualified candidates and stay in tune with industry trends
  • Ensure that recruiting practices comply with company policies and procedures as well as local and national employment laws
  • Leverage TA and HR COE teams to support Talent Acquisition strategy execution
  • Analyze recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve the hiring process and support data-driven decision making
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement
  • Oversight of Vendor Management and Contractor Hiring
  • Oversight of current approved vendors for corporate staffing needs
  • In partnership with Director and Procurement, monitor vendor performance and maintain preferred vendor list with up-to-date contracts
  • Partner with IT business to focus on cost, quality, efficiency and governance of vendors
  • Participate in special projects as needed (i.e., EVP, HR Tech enhancements, HR Transformation)
