This position brings a proactive and detail-oriented approach for candidate generation and building hiring management relationships. Requirements

  • High School diploma required
  • 5 years of talent acquisition experience required
  • 3 years of experience leading recruiting teams and all aspects of headcount planning, setting and reporting on KPIs, and hiring delivery.
  • Experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing and employment branding.
  • Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and databases
  • Strong internet research and social media recruitment skills.
  • Ability to communicate and interact effectively with all levels of management.
  • Ability to lead and collaborate in a team-oriented environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in organizational development or human resources preferred.
  • Supervisory experience with offsite team members a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Create and implement a recruiting strategy to attract qualified candidates
  • Execute and determine timelines to improve speed of hire and reduce time to fill with support from hiring managers.
  • Build relationships with hiring managers to understand the staffing needs and requirements for their department.
  • Regular market research and assurance that compensation aligns with market value while maintaining internal equity fairness.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, offer negotiations and oversight of pre-employment screenings.
  • Maintain regular follow-up with hiring managers to determine the success of recruiting plans and implementation.
  • Research and recommend new sources for proactive recruitment and identify bottlenecks in recruiting processes while recommending action steps to address concerns.
  • Manage talent acquisition team with focus on professional development.
  • Report on team KPI’s focusing on hiring efficiency (Time to fill, Cost per hire, Quality of hire- retention).
  • Train Talent Acquisition team to be adaptive, working cross functionally and collaboratively to align with business needs.
  • Manages all quarterly and annual reporting to executive leadership including recruiting metrics and budget recommendations.
  • Manage candidate experience by working with the TA team and hiring managers to create a smooth transition from first contact through to hire.
