Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field required.
• 3+ years of leadership experience leading, coaching, or developing teams required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications required.

Nice To Haves

• 5-7 years of experience in Human Resources, Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, or a related field preferred.
• Experience with sourcing programs, internal mobility initiatives, ATS systems, and recruiting technologies preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management, analytical, communication, project management, and continuous improvement skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop sourcing strategies, build pipelines, leverage market intelligence, and partner with recruiters and hiring managers.
• Design and evolve internal mobility programs and processes that support career growth.
• Lead, coach, and develop Talent Acquisition Specialists and Consultants.
• Standardize and improve sourcing and internal mobility processes.
• Develop KPIs, monitor performance, and analyze results to validate effectiveness and performance.
• Partner with TA leaders, HR teams, and business stakeholders to understand needs and communicate strategy and results.
• Blend team capabilities and capacity to align with TA leaders and meet the needs of the US business.
