About The Position

Mainspring Energy is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead and scale its Talent Acquisition organization. This role is for a recruiting leader who enjoys building a TA function, not just maintaining it. The manager will lead a team of recruiters and sourcers, improve talent identification and engagement, build scalable recruiting processes, and support ambitious hiring goals. The position reports to the Director of Talent Acquisition and involves day-to-day leadership and operation of the TA function, with partnership on broader strategy and high-level decisions. This is not primarily a hands-on recruiting role, but rather focuses on making the team and the overall recruiting function more effective.

  • Demonstrated ability to adapt quickly as priorities and business needs change.
  • Demonstrated ability to create a positive, supportive, and accountable team environment.
