GG Homes is looking for a high-impact Talent Acquisition Manager to own our hiring engine across a fast-growing portfolio of companies. This role is a strategic position where you'll partner directly with the C-suite, shape organizational culture, and build the teams that drive the company's success. GG Homes is a fast-growing real estate development and acquisitions company operating across Southern California. This role supports hiring across GG Homes and its portfolio of subsidiary companies. The role is described as recruiting-first and people-forward, with significant influence over company growth. The Talent Acquisition Manager will be a strategic partner to leadership, a skilled negotiator, and the driving force behind an excellent candidate experience.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in a high-volume or multi-entity environment.
  • Proven track record of sourcing and closing top-tier candidates across a variety of roles.
  • Skilled negotiator capable of holding a number, navigating objections, and maintaining candidate enthusiasm.
  • Strong communicator able to build rapport with diverse individuals, from hourly candidates to C-suite stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple open roles and competing priorities simultaneously without losing precision.
  • CRM and ATS proficiency required.
  • Experience reporting on recruiting metrics is a plus.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience administering and interpreting talent assessments (PI, DISC, or similar) strongly preferred.
  • Real estate, sales, or high-growth company experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Own full-cycle recruiting for GG Homes and all subsidiary companies across San Diego and Irvine offices.
  • Conduct proactive outreach and talent sourcing through job fairs, industry events, direct campaigns, and creative pipeline development.
  • Partner directly with hiring managers and C-suite leadership to craft compelling job postings and define role requirements.
  • Manage candidate flow from first contact to signed offer, ensuring all stakeholders are informed.
  • Administer and analyze talent assessments, translating insights into actionable coaching for the management team.
  • Lead and own the full interview process, including structure, calibration, offer negotiation, and closing.
  • Drive onboarding and early-stage training support for new hires.
  • Manage and maintain the recruiting CRM with precision, ensuring clean pipelines and sharp reporting.
  • Track quarterly KPIs and continuously optimize for quality, speed, and conversion.
  • Represent GG Homes talent at events, in conversations, and in all interactions with prospective candidates.
