Teamworkers Supplemental Staffing is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager who is responsible for leading the full-cycle recruitment strategy. This role is responsible for coordinating staffing assignments, maintaining compliance documentation, supporting employees, operational continuity and partnering with community leadership to ensure consistent, high-quality care. This position plays a key role in reducing outside agency reliance, managing labor costs, and ensuring staffing stability across our organization. The leader partners closely with Operations, Scheduling, and Nursing Leadership to proactively forecast staffing needs, recruit top talent, and manage pipeline development to support recruitment efforts.
