Morton Salt is searching for a highly organized and proactive Talent Acquisition Leader to lead recruiting and onboarding processes across our North America entities and locations. This role will be essential to the development and continuous improvement of recruiting strategies, management of company-wide onboarding processes, and analysis and reporting of talent acquisition metrics. This role will partner closely with others on the Human Resources team to ensure smooth and efficient experiences for candidates, hiring managers, and new hires. The Talent Acquisition Leader will build key partnerships to attract and retain exceptional talent aligned with our values and talent strategy across all locations and employee groups.
