Position Summary: Your Impact (Essential Duties) Lead full cycle recruiting for senior level experienced hires, including Senior Managers and Directors across service lines Partner closely with Partners and senior leaders to understand talent needs, growth plans, and role requirements Conduct in depth intake meetings and translate business needs into targeted recruiting strategies Build and maintain proactive pipelines of experienced and leadership level talent in priority markets Source and engage passive candidates using research, networking, referrals, and direct outreach Manage candidate relationships throughout the recruiting lifecycle and deliver a strong candidate experience Advise hiring leaders on talent market trends and competitive positioning Drive consistent, structured hiring processes and ensure timely communication and follow up Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, HR, and Marketing to support employer brand and outreach initiatives Maintain accurate recruiting workflow, notes, and reporting within the applicant tracking system Support executive and hard to fill searches across the firm as needed Perform other duties and display flexibility to take on responsibilities assigned by firm leadership Your Background 5 or more years of full cycle recruiting experience, with demonstrated success hiring experienced or senior level talent Proven ability to recruit for complex, relationship driven roles Strong experience engaging passive candidates and building long term talent pipelines Comfort partnering with senior leaders and advising on hiring strategy Strong sourcing, candidate assessment, and closing skills Excellent communication and relationship building capabilities Highly organized with strong follow through and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple senior level searches simultaneously Experience recruiting within professional services, consulting, or public accounting environments preferred Experience with Workday Recruiting or a similar ATS is a plus Why Choose Us? Requirements

  • 5 or more years of full cycle recruiting experience, with demonstrated success hiring experienced or senior level talent
  • Proven ability to recruit for complex, relationship driven roles
  • Strong experience engaging passive candidates and building long term talent pipelines
  • Comfort partnering with senior leaders and advising on hiring strategy
  • Strong sourcing, candidate assessment, and closing skills
  • Excellent communication and relationship building capabilities
  • Highly organized with strong follow through and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple senior level searches simultaneously

Nice To Haves

  • Experience recruiting within professional services, consulting, or public accounting environments preferred
  • Experience with Workday Recruiting or a similar ATS is a plus
