This role provides both hands on recruiting and people management, ensuring strong execution across full cycle recruiting, recruiting operations, and stakeholder partnership in a dynamic business environment.

Requirements

  • 5-8 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition or recruiting, with demonstrated management experience is required, including leading, coaching, and developing recruiting teams

Nice To Haves

  • Workday experience is highly preferred, particularly in recruiting and reporting functionality
  • Experience in recruiting operations roles within the Title industry or a closely related industry is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute full‑cycle recruitment for assigned business areas, ensuring high‑quality hiring outcomes and an exceptional candidate experience, while leading a small team of individual contributors in daily full cycle recruiting activity
  • Partner with Talent Business Partners, hiring managers, and senior leaders to understand current and future workforce needs and develop strategic recruiting plans aligned with business strategy
  • Provide people leadership and management, including coaching, mentoring, performance management, and development of recruiting team members
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in talent acquisition, recruiting operations, and market trends, offering data‑driven insights and recommendations
  • Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance recruiting processes, tools, technology, and service delivery
  • Anticipate business, regulatory, and workforce challenges and proactively assess their impact on recruiting strategies
  • Communicate complex recruiting concepts clearly and effectively across functions and leadership levels
  • Operate with a high degree of autonomy, requiring guidance only in highly complex or escalated situations
  • Perform additional duties as assigned due to business needs
