We are currently in search of an experienced Talent Acquisition Lead for our Burtonsville, MD location. The Talent Acquisition Lead at Kolmac Integrated Behavioral Health and all its subsidiaries ("Kolmac" or the "Company") is responsible for full cycle recruitment and fulfillment of assigned requisitions. Successful candidates will be resourceful, consultative, process driven, and a relationship builder. They will have healthcare industry knowledge, be able to think outside the box, and have a relentless drive for success.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of recruiting experience
  • Extensive experience with hunting and resume mining
  • Experience using ATS and HCM software
  • Track record of proven results in a fast paced, ever-changing environment
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Proven time management skills
  • Detailed orientation with follow-through
  • Ability to identify priorities, work towards them and reprioritize when appropriate

Nice To Haves

  • Recruiting experience in mental health and/or addictions preferred

Responsibilities

  • Full cycle recruitment for a variety of positions within the scope of Kolmac’s mission
  • Consultative approach to hiring managers and candidates
  • Builds and fosters relationships with those working in the field to develop a strong and reliable pipeline for our evergreen roles
  • Builds relationships with Kolmac internal teams and leaders
  • Conducts and/or participates in Intake calls/requisition reviews to ensure a clear understanding of the need, team dynamic and expectations of the role
  • Partners with hiring manager and/or leadership to ensure appropriate candidate assessment and selection techniques are in place for each search
  • Ensures that candidates have the licenses and credentials to fulfill their responsibilities
  • Conducts significant sourcing and resume mining to identify both active and passive candidates
  • Negotiates, finalizes, and extends job offers to candidates
  • Informs the hiring manager and HR team of accepted offer terms including start dates
  • Reports if internal referrals are related to selected candidates and thus eligible for awards
  • Advises on sourcing and offer strategy for hard-to-fill openings
  • Other duties as assigned
