About The Position

OASYS, INC., a Leading-Edge Government contractor, is seeking applicants for a Talent Acquisition Intern position to support our recruitment team at our corporate headquarters in Huntsville, AL. The Talent Acquisition Intern will be a valuable addition to our dynamic, collaborative recruiting organization. The Talent Acquisition Intern will be given the training and autonomy necessary to execute their responsibilities and achieve success in this position. OASYS, INC. is seeking an organized, detail-oriented individual who is willing to take on the ownership required in high-volume recruiting to support corporate growth goals.

Requirements

• Basic experience using Social Media or Talent Acquisition tools such as LinkedIn, ClearanceJobs, or other candidate sourcing forums
• Basic experience crafting and adjusting Boolean searches to obtain desired results
• Experience and comfort sending emails, engaging on social media sites, and performing phone interviews of potential candidates
• Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work 20 - 30 hours per week in an office environment
• Candidates should be actively pursuing a bachelor's degree, in Business, Communications, or a related field.
• A satisfactory result on a background check is required.

Nice To Haves

• Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Performing requirements analysis for company personnel needs to support outbound recruiting on a variety of cleared positions locally, nationally, and globally
• Attracting suitable candidates through various online employment forums, word-of-mouth networking, social media, etc.
• Providing a positive candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment process with proactive communication and engagement
• Refining strategies and processes to best manage personal time use
• Collecting data from candidates that can be used to analyze market trends such as salary requirements, work environment preferences, contract durations, etc.
• Promoting the reputation and attractiveness of OASYS, INC., as a destination employer
