The Talent Acquisition Intern will gain hands-on experience in recruitment and hiring within a dynamic team. This internship offers the chance to develop skills in sourcing, interviewing, and employer branding, working closely with the People team to support hiring strategies and contribute to company growth. Interns will benefit from hands-on experience, mentorship, and professional development, working on impactful projects throughout the summer in our Boston Seaport District office.

Requirements

  • Must be enrolled in a full-time undergraduate, Masters, or MBA program at an accredited institution.
  • Open to all students, from first-year students to seniors, MS students, or MBA students.
  • Demonstrated ability to balance academic and extracurricular commitments (i.e., work experience, clubs, volunteer activities, teams, etc.).
  • Genuine interest in pursuing a career in Talent Acquisition or People Operations.
  • Understanding the importance of maintaining confidentiality with sensitive candidate information.
  • A performance-focused, results-oriented approach with a strong work ethic and drive to achieve results.
  • Ownership mentality, self-motivation, ambition, and entrepreneurial spirit.

Responsibilities

  • Schedule candidates in Greenhouse, ensuring timely and efficient coordination for interviews and other recruitment activities.
  • Prepare for and conduct interviews across various roles, from entry-level to leadership positions, ensuring a thorough understanding of candidate backgrounds and fit.
  • Coordinate and execute campus recruitment events and initiatives in the Greater Boston area, including career fairs, info sessions, and networking events.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates by actively sourcing and engaging with potential talent.
  • Assist in promoting the company’s employer brand through social media, recruitment marketing materials, and campus outreach.
  • Work on assigned personal projects related to talent acquisition, such as developing new recruitment strategies or improving existing processes.
  • Leverage Claude AI to support work across all assigned responsibilities, including research, data synthesis, content drafting and refinement, brainstorming, and identifying AI application opportunities.
