We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Intern to join our HR team and support our Talent Acquisition team in attracting, engaging, and hiring top talent at Premier Inc. Requirements

  • Years of Applicable Experience - 0 or more years
  • High School Diploma or GED (Required)
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Interest in recruitment and HR processes
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with colleagues at all levels.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Remain in a stationary position for prolonged periods of time
  • Be adaptive and change priorities quickly; meet deadlines
  • Attention to detail
  • Operate computer programs and software
  • Ability to communicate effectively with audiences in person and in electronic formats.

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

  • Support recruiters in managing end-to-end recruitment activities.
  • Assist with posting requisitions.
  • Help source and identify potential candidates using tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and internal databases.
  • Review and screen resume to match qualified candidates to open roles.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Workday.
  • Participate in initial phone screens or candidate outreach when appropriate.
  • Participate in Intake Sessions with the Recruiters and Hiring Managers
  • Help to create candidate pools in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
