The internship will be 15-20 hours per week, we will build your hours around your class schedule.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree candidate with a strong interest in Human Resources
  • Cumulative GPA of 3.5 and above preferred
  • Rising Sophomore or Junior preferred.
  • Able to prioritize in a fast moving, constantly changing environment; good sense of urgency and time management
  • Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Leverage AI as a tool to drive efficiencies
  • Detail oriented; demonstrates thoroughness and strong ownership of work
  • Collaborative team player with a strong willingness to participate and help others, but also an ability to work independently
  • Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality

Responsibilities

  • Assist with recruitment processes which will include campus programs
  • Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) to ensure accurate candidate data and status
  • Assist in the full-cycle recruitment process, including posting job openings, sourcing candidates, and scheduling interviews
  • Coordinate and communicate with candidates, ensuring positive candidate experiences throughout the recruitment process
  • Collaborate with team members on projects and day-to-day tasks
  • Assist with HR administrative tasks such as maintaining employee records, updating HR databases, and handling confidential information with discretion
