We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Intern who is organized, people-centric, and excited to understand the end-to-end hiring process inside a fast-growing AI company. You'll be the bridge between candidates and hiring teams-ensuring smooth processes, thoughtful communication, and a great candidate experience. If you enjoy talking to people, coordinating multiple tasks, and want to learn full-cycle recruitment hands-on, you'll thrive here. Requirements
- A degree (or pursuing one) in HR, Business, Communications, Psychology, or related fields
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities
- Attention to detail and a proactive mindset
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders professionally
- Experience with hiring, internships, or campus recruitment
Responsibilities
- Coordinate interviews effortlessly → Schedule and manage candidate interviews across teams with accuracy and speed
- Screen candidates → Conduct initial conversations and shortlist profiles based on predefined criteria
- Manage candidate pipeline → Keep applicants updated, track progress, and maintain ATS data
- Partner with hiring managers → Understand role requirements and align on candidate expectations
- Own communication → Ensure clear, timely, and professional communication with all candidates
- Support hiring operations → Assist with assessments, documentation, and recruitment campaigns
- Contribute to employer branding → Support college outreach, job postings, career pages, and hiring events
- Solve process issues → Identify inefficiencies and help streamline recruitment workflows
