We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Intern who is organized, people-centric, and excited to understand the end-to-end hiring process inside a fast-growing AI company. You'll be the bridge between candidates and hiring teams-ensuring smooth processes, thoughtful communication, and a great candidate experience. If you enjoy talking to people, coordinating multiple tasks, and want to learn full-cycle recruitment hands-on, you'll thrive here. Requirements

  • A degree (or pursuing one) in HR, Business, Communications, Psychology, or related fields
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Attention to detail and a proactive mindset
  • Ability to work with multiple stakeholders professionally
  • Experience with hiring, internships, or campus recruitment

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate interviews effortlessly → Schedule and manage candidate interviews across teams with accuracy and speed
  • Screen candidates → Conduct initial conversations and shortlist profiles based on predefined criteria
  • Manage candidate pipeline → Keep applicants updated, track progress, and maintain ATS data
  • Partner with hiring managers → Understand role requirements and align on candidate expectations
  • Own communication → Ensure clear, timely, and professional communication with all candidates
  • Support hiring operations → Assist with assessments, documentation, and recruitment campaigns
  • Contribute to employer branding → Support college outreach, job postings, career pages, and hiring events
  • Solve process issues → Identify inefficiencies and help streamline recruitment workflows
