Elire is seeking a Talent Acquisition & HR Specialist to support both recruiting and HR operations as we continue to grow. This role is designed for someone who enjoys variety, values strong relationships, and takes pride in helping people have a positive experience throughout their candidate and employee journey. You will play a key role in supporting recruiting efforts, onboarding activities, employee lifecycle processes, and Talent initiatives that help Elire scale effectively. The ideal candidate is organized, adaptable, proactive, and comfortable balancing multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail. Success in this role requires strong communication skills, sound judgment, and a willingness to take ownership while working collaboratively with others. As Elire continues to grow, our Talent and HR functions must scale alongside the business. This position adds capacity across recruiting, onboarding, employee support, reporting, and process improvement. When recruiting activity is high, you will help identify and engage talent, support hiring managers, and ensure candidates move efficiently through the hiring process. When recruiting demand shifts, you will contribute to HR operations, employee lifecycle activities, documentation, reporting, and Talent initiatives that improve the employee experience. This is more than an administrative support role. You will be an active contributor to the systems, processes, and relationships that help Elire attract, hire, and retain great people.
