The purpose of this role is to enable stronger, faster, and more predictable hiring delivery across the organization. You will serve as the right hand to the Director of TA and architect the operational backbone that powers hiring output. This is not a maintenance role - it is a build-and-optimize mandate. You’ll own the programs, processes, and infrastructure that remove friction, increase recruiter capacity, strengthen candidate experience, and improve hiring outcomes at scale.
