Your Purpose in this Role We are one of the top premier Commercial HVAC and Plumbing Contractors in the state of Arizona. We are looking for growth-motivated and self-starting individuals who value efficiency, reliability, and family. You will play a critical role in the daily operation of our successful Talent & Culture (HR) Department. You will proactively support the team by ensuring the ongoing level of detail required to maintain all administration, recruitment and support positive colleague relations. You will always promote our values and culture, while assisting the Directors and Owners where required and offering support to the rest of the Team where necessary.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 Years of Recruiting Experience.
  • Minimum of 5 Years of experience working in an ATS.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Excellent organization skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive recruiting strategies aligned with business growth and workforce planning
  • Partner with executive leadership and hiring managers to forecast hiring needs and define role requirements
  • Lead recruitment efforts for high-impact, hard-to-fill, and leadership positions
  • Serve as a trusted advisor on hiring decisions, compensation alignment, and market trends
  • Manage end-to-end recruiting process: requisition intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers, and onboarding coordination
  • Conduct advanced behavioral and competency-based interviews
  • Ensure a consistent, compliant, and high-quality candidate experience
  • Oversee offer negotiations in alignment with compensation frameworks
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, referrals, and industry partnerships
  • Strengthen employer brand through job postings, social media, career fairs, trade schools, and community outreach
  • Implement and manage employee referral programs and track effectiveness
  • Continuously evaluate and improve recruiting processes, tools, and workflows
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies
  • Maintain accurate documentation and applicant tracking system (ATS) records
  • Develop and update recruiting SOPs, interview guides, and hiring manager training materials
  • Track and analyze recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality of hire, retention)
  • Prepare regular reports for leadership with insights and recommendations
  • Use data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities in talent acquisition
