The Talent Acquisition Coordinator supports hiring operations across Country Meadows’ 10 senior living communities in Pennsylvania, one community in Maryland, and Lifesong Hospice. This Home Office role contributes through executive recruitment support, HR and talent acquisition project execution, hiring analytics and recruitment trend insights, and Employment Specialist team guidance and development, helping strengthen hiring practices and the overall candidate experience across the organization. This is a full-time, Monday-Friday in-office position at the Home Office location in Hershey, PA, with occasional travel to any of the 10 campuses located in Central, PA, Lehigh Valley, PA and Frederick, MD.
