Requirements

Associates Degree; OR one to two years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
Ability to effectively work in HRIS and vendor systems.
Ability to demonstrate medium to advance knowledge of Microsoft programs.

Responsibilities

Assess the qualifications of applicants for numerous positions within the area by conducting initial application/resume reviews
Clearly and accurately communicate the company’s employee value proposition to potential candidates.
Clearly articulate the job duties and responsibilities, compensation, benefits, and opportunities for advancement within the company to all candidates.
Present candidate profiles to hiring managers highlighting the candidates match for the role.
Complete all new teammate surveys, assessments, and touchpoints during the first 6 months
Maintain appropriate levels of communication with hiring managers to provide candidate overview, update on hiring progress, a start date and/or issues.
Set up and direct interviews remotely for all locations.
Continually engage candidates as they move through the hiring steps ensuring that they have a clear understanding of their status and future steps.
Create offer letters for candidates.
Other duties as assigned by the Talent Acquisition Manager
