About The Position

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator plays a key supporting role on Cadwell’s Talent Acquisition team. This entry-level position is ideal for someone passionate about Human Resources and looking to build a career in recruiting. A high level of attention to detail, proactive communication, and a people-first mindset are essential for success in this role. The is a remote position and reports directly to the Talent Acquisition Manager.

Requirements

  • Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
  • Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and reliably in a remote environment.
  • Demonstrated interest in Human Resources, recruiting, or talent acquisition.
  • Tech-savvy, with the ability to quickly learn new systems and tools.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace; familiarity with ATS platforms is a plus.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 0–2 years of experience in Human Resources, recruiting, or administrative roles.
  • Prior internship or exposure to a professional work environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Support the recruiting process by ensuring the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is consistently up to date with accurate candidate statuses and documentation.
  • Serve as a candidate experience champion by maintaining timely and professional communication with applicants throughout the process.
  • Schedule interviews, coordinate calendars, and manage communication logistics between candidates and interviewers.
  • Draft and send candidate correspondence such as interview confirmations, feedback notes, and onboarding instructions.
  • Track and follow up on internal referrals, ensuring proper documentation and communication.
  • Assist with job postings and candidate sourcing tasks as assigned.
  • Maintain confidential candidate and employee records in compliance with company policy and applicable regulations.
  • Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition Manager as needed.
  • Participate in HR and recruiting projects or initiatives, such as employer branding or candidate experience improvements.
  • Other duties as assigned.
