About The Position

Renegade Materials is seeking a Talent Acquisition & Contracts Specialist to join their team. This role uniquely blends full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, and early-career talent development with exposure to customer contracts and commercial operations. The position involves owning the recruiting process from sourcing to onboarding, creating a consistent new hire orientation experience, developing the internship and co-op program, and supporting the contracts aspect of their aerospace manufacturing business. Prior contracts experience is not required, as training will be provided. The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail, organization, critical thinking, and a willingness to learn. This position may require access to export-controlled information or technology, and applicants must be eligible under U.S. export control laws.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
  • Experience with new hire orientation, onboarding and employee training.
  • Experience working with HRIS, ERP, ATS or similar business systems.
  • Strong Excel skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Applicants must be eligible for access to export-controlled information or technology under applicable U.S. export control laws and regulations.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in manufacturing, contracts, aerospace/defense, Paycor, Epicor, or FAR/DFARS is a plus.
  • Curious, adaptable and interested in expanding their experience beyond traditional HR.

Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting, from sourcing and screening through offer and onboarding.
  • Facilitate new hire orientation and coordinate required training.
  • Oversee our college co-op program and build relationships with local colleges and universities.
  • Support HRIS activities, reporting, compliance and other HR projects.
  • Review customer purchase orders, contracts and agreements to identify requirements needing additional review.
  • Coordinate contract requirements and open items with Sales and other internal teams.
  • Support NDAs, customer documentation and contract recordkeeping.

Benefits

  • $50,000–$60,000 annual salary (exempt), based on experience and qualifications.
