About The Position

Manages full life‑cycle recruiting for entry‑level and routine roles while supporting the broader recruiting team with scheduling, communication, and ATS accuracy. Ensures smooth process execution and a positive candidate experience as they build foundational recruiting skills.

Requirements

  • 0-2 years of work-related experience

Responsibilities

  • Follows established processes and relies on checklists for screening
  • Conduct initial candidate screenings using defined criteria and established interview guides
  • Conducts entry level recruiting to include pre screen, scheduling interviews
  • Support sourcing efforts through job postings, resume searches, and candidate outreach
  • Provide timely communication to candidates and hiring managers throughout the process
  • Partner with senior recruiters to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to recruiting procedures
  • Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS and ensure timely updates.
  • Assist with logistics for job fairs, career events, and campus programs.
  • Provide a positive candidate experience through clear communication and timely follow‑ups.
  • Ensure compliance by following established hiring processes and documentation standards.
  • Partner with recruiters and HR team members to support onboarding tasks as needed.
