About The Position
Rosina Food Products is seeking a Talent Acquisition Associate to support high-volume hiring across our manufacturing facilities. This role is responsible for sourcing candidates, screening applicants, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of full cycle recruiting
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Nice To Haves
- Experience with ATS systems or recruiting platforms preferred
Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job boards, social media, and referrals
- Review applications and conduct phone screens
- Schedule interviews with hiring managers
- Maintain accurate candidate records in ATS (UKG)
- Track hiring pipeline and provide updates to leadership
- Support onboarding and pre-employment processes
- Assist with hiring events and recruitment initiatives
