Roland Foods is seeking a reliable, personable, and highly organized individual to join our People & Culture team as a Talent Acquisition Associate! This cross-functional role supports the full-cycle recruitment process across two portfolio organizations. The Talent Acquisition Associate will coordinate candidate interviews and communications, support sourcing and recruitment initiatives, partner with hiring managers, and contribute to employer branding efforts. The ideal candidate is a proactive, detail-oriented communicator who is passionate about creating a positive and engaging candidate experience. This role reports to the Talent Acquisition Manager and works cross-functionally with key operational stakeholders, including Sales, Procurement, Operations, Creative/Marketing, Legal and Finance. As a response to the pandemic, Roland Foods office employees have transitioned to a hybrid working schedule, requiring employees to report in-person Tuesday through Thursday, with the option to telework on Monday and Friday each week. Due to the collaborative, cross-functional nature of the organization, employees at the NY and NJ offices are required to work in-person for the abovementioned days, outside of any People & Culture-approved disability accommodation request.
