About The Position

Rosina Food Products is seeking a Talent Acquisition Associate to support
high-volume hiring across our manufacturing facilities. This role is responsible
for sourcing candidates, screening applicants, coordinating interviews, and
ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of full cycle recruiting
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

• Experience with ATS systems or recruiting platforms preferred

Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job boards, social media, and referrals
• Review applications and conduct phone screens
• Schedule interviews with hiring managers
• Maintain accurate candidate records in ATS (UKG)
• Track hiring pipeline and provide updates to leadership
• Support onboarding and pre-employment processes
• Assist with hiring events and recruitment initiatives
