We are looking for a motivated early-career Talent Acquisition Associate who thrives on sourcing and building candidate pipelines. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys proactive outreach, researching talent markets, and engaging potential candidates. You will partner with Talent Acquisition leadership and business teams to identify, attract, and qualify top talent while maintaining a strong focus on sourcing productivity and candidate experience.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in recruiting, sourcing, talent acquisition, or a related role
  • Strong interest in sourcing and proactive candidate outreach
  • Excellent written communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to manage high activity levels and track metrics
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail

Nice To Haves

  • Experience using recruiting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Lever, or similar ATS/CRM systems
  • Exposure to Boolean search or talent research techniques
  • Experience in agency recruiting, campus recruiting, or high-volume hiring environments

Responsibilities

  • Sourcing & Talent Pipeline Development. Proactively source candidates through platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, professional communities, and referrals. Build and maintain pipelines for priority roles through targeted outreach and market research. Conduct high-volume candidate outreach through email, InMail, and networking campaigns. Track sourcing metrics including outreach volume, response rate, and qualified candidate conversion.
  • Candidate Engagement & Screening. Conduct initial recruiter screens to assess candidate fit and interest. Provide a strong candidate experience through clear communication and timely follow-up. Present qualified candidates to recruiting partners.
  • Collaboration. Work closely with TA leadership and hiring managers to refine search strategies. Participate in recruiting strategy discussions: sourcing insights, talent market trends, and candidate feedback
