Position Summary: The Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist- Leadership will provide strategic support and partner with the Leadership Recruiter to ensure efficient workflows, strategic sourcing, and operational excellence across the recruitment lifecycle. The Specialist will focus on conducting market research and talent mapping to identify qualified candidates for Director level and above roles across clinical, operational and corporate functions, coordinating key recruitment stages and delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration or related field is required
  • Three plus years of experience in recruitment coordination, sourcing, executive search, talent search or a related role
  • Experience within a healthcare, academic, or complex organizational environment
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with leadership level candidates and senior stakeholders
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality is a must
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with Applicant Tracking Systems

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Leadership Recruiter to understand talent needs and develop search strategies
  • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline using industry-leading tools and techniques such as but not limited to LinkedIn Recruiter, internal databases and external resources to identify passive candidates
  • Support the creation and distribution of job postings on the HHC career site and other external sources (such as LinkedIn, Indeed, industry specific associations, etc.)
  • Assist in managing the onsite interview experience serving as a point of contact for candidates, providing timely communication and updates throughout the recruitment process to ensure a top-notch candidate experience
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, assessments and related recruitment activities
  • Provide insights and recommendations to continue to develop improvements to recruitment processes and outcomes
  • Ensure confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive executive search information
