At NorthBay Health, The Talent Acquisition Partner (TA Partner) Sourcing is a member of the Talent Acquisition Team (TA Team) and is responsible for building and sustaining talent pipelines that support NorthBay Health’s physicians, advanced practice providers (APPs), leadership, and other hard-to-fill positions. Reporting to the Director of Talent Acquisition and Physician Recruitment, this role advances organizational growth through innovative sourcing strategies, institutional partnerships, and talent market engagement initiatives . This position functions as a strategic talent market architect and recruitment brand ambassador, leading outbound sourcing efforts, cultivating long-term residency and professional external organizational and community relationships, and delivering market intelligence to recruitment leadership. The TA Partner ensures an exceptional candidate experience from first engagement through recruiter handoff, while leveraging analytics, technology, and consultative partnership to drive measurable recruitment outcomes aligned with workforce planning priorities and established benchmarks. This role is hybrid, that will work onsite in Solano/Napa/Sonoma region multiple times per week/month and/or traveling to attend conferences and other recruitment events.
