As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will help our teams identify candidates who are the best fit both culturally and skill-wise. You will lead active recruiting and develop strategies to attract top talent, while ensuring a seamless, engaging experience for hiring managers and applicants. You will also improve processes, maintain consistency, and make every step of recruitment efficient and effective.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in corporate talent acquisition, preferably supporting Finance and/or accounting hiring.
  • Strong expertise in active sourcing, with experience leveraging recruiting platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other digital tools.
  • Exceptional hiring manager experience, including consultative guidance and strategy development.
  • Commitment to candidate experience, ensuring each interaction reflects our company values.
  • Familiarity with Workday HRIS and experience tracking recruitment metrics.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
  • High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.

Responsibilities

  • Lead active recruiting efforts for corporate support roles, leveraging multiple platforms and innovative sourcing strategies.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, provide recruitment strategy guidance, and deliver a high-touch candidate experience.
  • Drive the full lifecycle recruitment process, ensuring efficient processes and procedures are followed across all requisitions.
  • Utilize Workday HRIS and other recruiting platforms to track metrics, maintain compliance, and optimize workflow.
  • Implement strategies to enhance candidate engagement, including outreach campaigns, interview coordination, and employer branding initiatives.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, providing guidance on best practices in sourcing, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
