About The Position

Atlantic Pacific Companies is seeking a highly motivated Talent Acquisition Advisor to join their team at their Boca Raton, Florida Corporate Office. As a Talent Acquisition Advisor, you will play a key role in attracting and hiring top talent while shaping the future of their growing company. You will collaborate with hiring managers to develop innovative recruitment strategies, manage high-volume hiring, and create a best-in-class candidate experience.

Requirements

Prior recruiting experience highly desired in a fast-paced, recruiting environment.
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruiting and/or Property Management.
Bilingual in English/Spanish REQUIRED
Proven ability to cultivate relationships with candidates and hiring managers
A proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven mindset
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience using recruitment metrics and dashboards
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Willingness to travel as needed for career fairs and hiring events, 10% travel or less.

Nice To Haves

Property Management experience is a plus!
Knowledge of iSolved software and Indeed is a plus!

Responsibilities

Drive recruitment efforts for 20+ requisitions across multiple locations and departments.
Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent and foster diverse hiring pipelines.
Proactively identify and engage with active and passive candidates through various sourcing channels.
Conduct in-depth recruiter screenings and provide strategic recommendations to hiring managers and senior leaders.
Manage the full-cycle hiring process, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates.
Collaborate closely with hiring managers, providing market insights, competitive intelligence, and tailored hiring strategies.
Act as the main point of contact for candidates, ensuring timely updates and a positive interview experience.
Build and maintain talent networks for current and future hiring needs.
Participate in career fairs and recruitment events to expand our hiring reach.
Act as ambassador for AI usage to recruit top talent at high speed while meeting KPI's of hiring under 30 days or less.
