You take a proactive and strategic approach to sourcing and pipeline development, excelling in a fast-paced environment while anticipating future hiring needs.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to use data.
• 4+ years of experience in a full-cycle Talent Acquisition role, managing the recruitment process from intake through offer and onboarding.
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), with Workday experience preferred.
• Demonstrated success building strong partnerships with hiring managers and key stakeholders to drive successful hiring outcomes.
• Proven ability to proactively source and engage talent through LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, networking, and other sourcing channels.
• Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to leverage data and market insights to inform hiring decisions.
• Experience assessing, interviewing, and presenting qualified candidates while ensuring an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of quality and service.
• Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. The employer will not sponsor applicants for work visas.

Responsibilities

• Develop strong, trusted partnerships with hiring managers, gaining a deep understanding of their business priorities, talent needs, and long-term vision.
• Act as a strategic Talent Acquisition Advisor, using market intelligence, data, and candidate insights to promote hiring decisions and achieve successful outcomes.
• Source, interview, assess, and present high-quality talent for open roles while partnering with hiring managers to identify candidates who will drive long-term business success.
• Efficiently fill critical and high-profile roles with top talent while delivering an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience.
• Serve as an integral member of the Talent Acquisition team, fostering collaboration, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement to enhance recruiting outcomes across the business.
