About The Position

This position is responsible for handling take-out orders for guests, ensuring that all take-out guidelines, specifications, quality, and service standards are consistently met. The individual in this role must maintain attentive and courteous communication with guests, answer the phone, and address all questions in a polite manner. The role involves managing the entire take-out and delivery order process from receiving to packaging and payment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to handle cash and paperwork accurately.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Must be able to perform under pressure in a high-volume restaurant setting.
• Must be able to handle guest incidents/complaints.

Nice To Haves

• Previous work experience in similar role preferred.
• Working knowledge of Point of Sale systems is preferred
• Basic computer skills

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and respond to guest inquiries courteously.
• Receive, process, and manage takeout and delivery orders.
• Assemble and package orders paying attention to packaging techniques to avoid spills, leaks, or damage during transportation.
• Process payments for takeout orders, including cash, credit/debit, and digital payment methods.
• Ensure accurate cash handling and proper reconciliation of sales at the end of each shift.
• Perform other duties and tasks as assigned.
