- Food Handlers Card (California, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Nevada, Texas, Virginia)

Responsibilities
- Visually inspect all plates prior to delivery to include verifying portion, presentation and guest’s specifications.
- Responsible for all aspects of food delivery; set up and stock product for each shift; maintain backup storage, and clean, sanitize and maintain slide area, equipment, utensils, and tools.
- Organize and deliver dishes to the guests.
- Handle difficult situations and guest complaints through AIM; Apologize, Investigate, and involve Management.
- Communicate clearly.
- Prepare thoroughly and strive for perfection.
- Assist guests and possess great guest relations skills.
- Multi-task.
