About The Position

We’re looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable Takeout Team Member to join our breakfast restaurant. This position plays an important role in ensuring that every takeout guest receives accurate orders, exceptional service, and a positive experience from start to finish. As the primary point of contact for takeout customers, you’ll be responsible for taking orders, processing payments, packaging food, and coordinating with the kitchen to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.

Requirements

• Basic math and cash-handling skills

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and take takeout orders accurately
• Process online and third-party delivery orders
• Package food carefully and verify order accuracy
• Greet takeout guests and provide excellent customer service
• Process cash and credit card transactions
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely order completion
• Maintain a clean, organized takeout and front counter area
• Restock supplies and assist with light cleaning duties
