Requirements

  • The ideal candidate will understand Taiwan semiconductor market.
  • Have experience in the semiconductor industry with sales, business development or marketing background.
  • Has negotiation sense and analytical skills.
  • Must have financial/business knowledge to create recommendations and proposals
  • Capability to analyze the semiconductor business environment and forecast business opportunities short and long term.
  • Able to derive/understand the proper business objectives and clearly communicate sales strategy to meet/exceed the objectives.
  • Aptitude to navigate through complex and dynamic selling environment.
  • Experience working with Global customers and regions; Taiwan business experience and mandarin speaking is a plus
  • 25-30% travel may require
  • Doctorate (Academic) Degree and related work experience of 3 years; Master's Level Degree and related work experience of 6 years; Bachelor's Level Degree and related work experience of 8 years

Responsibilities

  • Accurately forecast business to meet bookings objectives.
  • Structure and negotiate business deals that meet the customer's and division's objectives.
  • Plan and coordinate product demos, customer visits, and all customer meetings that involve division personnel.
  • Foster technical and operational relationships at all levels internal and externally.
  • Align customer requirements vs. division priorities.
  • Co-work with different divisions and BD to provide KLA portfolo solutions
