About The Position

This role involves providing alteration services for Levi's products, focusing on denim and other apparel. The Tailor will also be responsible for educating store teams on alteration services and assisting with floor operations as needed. The position requires excellent customer service skills to enhance the client experience.

Requirements

• Experience with denim industry and current/upcoming trends.
• Understanding of textiles and fabrics with skills in sewing, tailoring and textile repair.
• Awareness of design trends
• Enjoy engaging with clients and store team

Responsibilities

• Implement basic alteration services (i.e. Hemming, patch and repair, tapering) and more technical alterations (e.g. Fitting/tailoring items other than jeans, where more technical equipment is necessary; detailed appearance altering processes, embroidery)
• Exemplify and have customer service skills to enhance our clients experience.
• Educate and trains store teams on customer offerings provided by the Tailor Shop.
• Help with responsibilities on the selling floor and fitting room as requested by store management
• Comply with all Levi's® policy and programs.
