Requirements

A passion for the job and helping others.
Access to reliable transportation.
Ability to pass a background check.
References from past employers, colleagues, and acquaintances.
French and English language proficiency.
PAB Diploma.
PDSB and CPR certifications.

Responsibilities

Play a vital role in implementing personalized care plans that cater to the holistic needs of clients.
Deliver outstanding care by assisting with various daily activities and managing the overall well-being of clients.
Treat clients like family and go above and beyond to improve their quality of life.
Manage activities of daily living (ADLs) and maintaining clients' autonomy.
Work primarily with the elderly in autonomous, semi-autonomous, and total care conditions.
Communicate directly with our care management team at the head office.
Provide basic care relating to clients’ ADLs and IADL’s.
Grocery shopping and running errands.
Cooking (meal and snack preparation).
Light housekeeping (dishes, changing the bed, laundry).
